	Regular
			NCAMES Regular Members are independent, state, regional, and national companies that provide medical equipment services and care for patients at home. Annual dues are $350 and run on a calendar year basis. If you have any branch locations, you must register each branch location for an additional $50 per branch.
	Additional Company Contact
			Each NCAMES Regular member has one primary contact and can enter additional company contacts to receive email communications. After submitting your Regular Membership and entering your Primary Company Contact, please use this option to enter contact information for additional company contacts (no limit).
	Branch
			NCAMES Regular Members with additional locations should use this registration type to register branch locations. Each branch will need a unique name. For instance a Regular Member "ABC Medical" could register a branch as "ABC Medical - Raleigh", then "ABC Medical - Charlotte". Your company must first register as a Regular Member. Branch dues are $50 for each branch, due annually.
	Associate
			If you supply products and services to independent, state, regional, and national companies that care for patients at home, then you should join NCAMES today as an associate member! Companies with more than one division servicing the home medical equipment market should register each division separately. Associate membership dues are $250 annually.
	Associate (Vendor) Sponsorship Program
			NCAMES Associate (Vendor) Members can select our popular sponsorship program. This program allows companies to roll membership dues AND a booth for the Summer Exhibit Show ALL into ONE fee for the entire year. Click on the link above for a full listing of sponsorship benefits.
